GSC extends its group by entering into a new partnership with the family office of a leading private Italian Entrepreneur. In total, the partner commits an equity ticket of EUR 10 mn. to the future acquisition of Solar-PV plants in Northern Italy. The joint venture will run under the company name GTC Energy SRL.
