Managing Partner

Thomas is a successful entrepreneur and business owner operating in multiple sectors. As founder and Managing Partner of GSC, he leads all the investment decisions of the group and is the driving force behind the group’s expansion. Prior to founding Green Sentinel Capital he gained experience in private equity while working at Deutsche Beteiligungs AG and Deloitte.

Antonio Vecchiato

Chief Operating Officer & Head of Engineering

With over 20 years of experience in infrastructure development within EPC contractors, public entities, and PE-backed developers, Antonio as Head of Engineering leads GSC’s development operations. Before joining GSC, Antonio held the position of Technical Director at major EPC and Engineering Companies.

Chiara Isabelle Reichel

Partner & Head of Investor Relations

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Chiara manages the Investor Relations and advises on GSC’s Real Estate operations. This involves the continuous contact with family offices and private investors alongside her involvement in her family business EYBL Interior Design.

Luis Clementi

Managing Director Agriculture

Luis leads GSC’s agriculture arm. Due to his position as CEO of Gala Team he has a strong  30 year track record in developing agricultural projects for governments and leading agricultural investors. In total, Luis developed more than 50,000 hectares of agricultural land in Italy and abroad.

Theresa Reichart

Managing Partner Associate

Theresa is responsible for planning and coordinating GSC’s ongoing projects across all business divisions and for analyzing the projects from a financial point of view. She also manages the project SPVs of the group to secure long-term, sustainable growth and satisfy the expectations of all stakeholders involved.

Giuseppe Gaspari

Chairman

Serial entrepreneur and philanthropist, Giuseppe Gaspari has built and exited several businesses from scratch. Together with GSC, he currently invests in and co-develops solar-PV plants in Northern Italy with a total capacity of 50 MWp through the joint venture GTC Energy.

Richard Clementi

Senior Vice President

Managing Director of Gebr. Clementi Srl and eldest son of the company’s founder, Richard Clementi built up the family business from a revenue of €1 million to €80 million. Richard is now the family patriarch and lends a watchful eye and rational guidance to the group.

Stefan Larcher

Senior Advisor

Stefan is an experienced investor and entrepreneur who guides GSC’s investment decisions. His 20 years M&A background at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank provides him with exceptional strategic skills which he uses to ongoingly support GSC’S portfolio companies with strategic advice.

Christian Linder

Senior Advisor

As one of the most experienced solar investors in Europe, Christian Linder has cumulatively constructed over 300 MWp of solar-PV plants since 2004 and currently invests in and codevelops, together with GSC, a pipeline of 100 MWp in Northern Italy through the joint venture Green Swan Energy.
